Return Policy

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • We currently do not accept our items with damaged label.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost.
  • You can make your exchange return transactions by sending us with your product with the exchange / return form sent to you free of charge in your package.
  • You can make an exchange / refund within 15 days.
  • Unfortunately, transactions cannot be made on weekends.
  • When your package is sent to us, your transactions will be completed and you will be informed.
  • When your exchange is completed, your new parcel tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail.
  • You will be informed after your return is completed.
  • If there is a defect, it is repaired for free of charge and returned to the customer.
  • Our company is not responsible fort he problems that may ocur during the transportation of the courier company.
  • After the product has been checked, if the necessary conditions for return are met, it will be returned to the card you have processed by your bank within an average of 15 business days.
  • Our company cannot be held responsible for return and change of use or defect that does not exist in product standards.
